Roof Upgrade Works - The School requires new roof covering to Flat and pitched roof sections to the existing building

The proposed project is to provide roof upgrade to Bridgetown National School. The works will include: The removal of the existing pitched roof cover to the rear of the building as noted on the drawings. The removal of the flat roof cover and insulation. The provision of firring pieces to the existing flat roof to create new falls. The application of new roof deck to the flat roof including insulation. The provision of new facia Soffit and gutters as per the attached details The provision of a new flat roof water proofing membrane as per the attached specification, The provision of new lead flashing to all abutment walls. The forming of new flat valley between the pitched roofs to include 150mm upstand The provision of new roof felt, batten and slates to the two pitched roof to the rear. The provision of new Aluminium Facia, soffit and gutters. And all ancillary site works to complete the project.
