Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Executive Search Services

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) requires the services of an appropriately competent Executive Search Services provider. The provider will, initially, be working with the Director General on the Director of HR & People Development recruitment. Please note that the IPA may use the appointed Provider for any other senior roles which may arise during the term of the framework up to a maximum of 10 roles, however, this is not guaranteed. The provider will be the initial point of contact for candidates seeking information on the post, and further provide, inter alia, the executive search services from the commencement stage to shortlist until the appointment.
