2895 - Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Company Secretary Services on an Outsourced Basis

The successful tenderer will provide a broad range of support and advice to the Contracting Authority as required, including developing and implementing processes to promote and sustain strong corporate governance arrangements, supporting the Contracting Authority's Board in fulfilling its reporting and disclosure obligations and attending and minuting all Board and Board Committee meetings.
