This project is for site clearance, excavations and the construction of a detached building to provide ten one-bedroom units for older people and associates site works and services. The project shall consist (in summary of):  Demolition of some existing boundary walls as marked on the site plan.  Removal of large trees and plants as marked on the site plan  Establishment of required levels on the site to allow construction of the new building,  New boundary walls. fences, site works and services connections  Construction of a three storey building, external stores and boundary walls with all associated site works and services  Landscaping, making good the site and new footpaths, retaining walls and carpark areas.  Completion of all boundary walls, garden, and hard paving areas, including tarmac, lining of carpark, signage and planting.
