22 10b - Building Surveying and Inspection Services

Building surveying and inspection services conducted by qualified Building Surveyor(s), Chartered Engineer(s), or Architect(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency in support of its role to assist the local authorities (LAs) or other state bodies or Departments and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) in the acquisition of suitable large residential (5 plus bedrooms) and larger hospitality type properties for social housing and/or other programmes as and when required. Each lot requires building surveying and inspection services conducted by qualified Building Surveyor(s), Chartered Engineer(s), or Architect(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency in support of its role to assist the local authorities (LAs) or other state bodies or Departments and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) in the acquisition of suitable large residential (5 plus bedrooms) and larger hospitality type properties for social housing and/or other programmes as and when required. Lots 1 to 5 will reflect the geographical location of the Local Authorities within Ireland. Lot 1 -The boundaries of Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, Dun Laoghaire & Rathdown County Council and South Dublin County Councils. Lot 2 -The boundaries of Carlow, Wexford, Wicklow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois and Offaly County Councils. Lot 3-The boundaries of Cork City Council; and Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford County Councils. Lot 4- The boundaries of Galway City Council; and Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo County Councils. Lot 5- The boundaries of Louth, Meath, Westmeath, Longford, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan County Councils.
