22 47 - The provision of Fire Safety Advisory Services

The Housing Agency requires professional consultancy services, to be provided to the Agency, in relation to fire safety in multi-unit developments (MUDs), in particular apartments. This is to support the broadening of the scope of resources to MUDs/apartments stakeholders including Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies, directors of OMCs, residents, and others.
