CIP/2022/CCDS/2023 - Provision of coordination and development services for the delivery of Cruinniú na nÓg 2023

The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media is seeking to appoint a service provider to support the ongoing development, implementation and coordination of Cruinniú na nÓg 2023. The successful tenderer will be expected to have a good knowledge of the Creative Ireland Programme and that of Cruinniú na nÓg. It should be noted that the following functions represent the nature of activities to be undertaken as part of the contract but are not an exhaustive list of requirements: (i) Work with strategic partners to identify relevant Ambassadors for Cruinniú na nÓg and work with selected Ambassadors families to ensure clarity of purpose for those involved; (ii) Work with Hub na nÓg to ensure the ‘Voice of the Child’ is present in all relevant documentation around Cruinniú na nÓg; (iii) Liaise and coordinate with local authorities on programme content, provide support as required and deal with any relevant issues as they arise; (iv) Assisting the Creative Ireland Programme team in the approval of entries from local authorities; (v) Deliver a professional, high-quality, national event for the public (vi) Prepare an evaluation and report of the 2023 event
