8142 - Prior Information Notice for the provision of contract cleaning and related products and services

This is a Prior Information Notice only and NOT a call from competition. It is the intention of Iarnród Éireann to tender for contract cleaning and related products and services. The list below is indicative of the services and products that may be required. - Contract Cleaning services nationwide for rail passenger carriage's and office buildings / depots. - Cleaning products and chemicals - Janitorial products - Washroom services i.e. removal, cleaning and replacement of roller towels, removal, cleaning and replacement of mats, removal, cleaning and replacement of sanitary / nappy bins, supply and refill of wall mounted air fresheners. IE expects to undertake this procurement process in accordance with the indicative timescale and programme set out below: - Issue of PQQ (End of November 2022) - Return of Completed PQQ (Mid January 2023) - Issue of Tender Documents (Mid January 2023) - Tender Returns (End of February 2023) - Contract Award / Notification to Tenderers (May 2023) - Contract Commencement (July 2023)
