Bruff Apartments - Extension to existing Kitchen and common area.

It is proposed to extend the kitchen and common area between the two apartments by adding additional floor area in the courtyard between the two apartments. To facilitate this part of the court yard is to be removed and new construction as detailed in the attached drawings is to be provided.
