MTI and Teagasc are proposing to procure an X-ray Computed Tomography scanner capable of running dual energy acquisition protocols (DEXCT). This unit will be a veterinary grade scanner capable of processing lamb, pig, poultry and beef carcass primals to analyse both the composition and meat quality of these animals
