Request for Tenders for the provision of Building Surveying Services

The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of building surveying services. The purpose of this RFT is to procure professional building surveying services to assist the International Protection Procurement Service (IPPS) complete building surveys and inspect properties prior to IPPS evaluating services proposals (award criteria) of compliant tenders received in response to its tender to establish a Bespoke Panel Agreement for the Provision of Accommodation Services and Related Services for Persons Seeking International Protection to establish whether the proposed accommodation meets the published premises and room specifications and verify that the capacity offered by the Tenderer is valid or, where it is not, to determine what the maximum capacity of the accommodation should be.
