DEAC-2022-01 - Outdoor High Ropes Course

We are looking for interested tenders for the following equipment: High Ropes Course (outdoor) Criteria as follows: Footprint available: 10 metres x 15 metres, with a maximum height of 6.5 metres - Capacity: 25 - 30 pax /Age group: 7 - 17 years . The system must be such that it can be extended in the future ie addition of more levels. There must be a continuous belay system, once the user is clipped in, they can access the entire system without clipping out. System should be such that it can be removed by our employees if necessary at end of season. The surface below the proposed high ropes course is concrete. It will be positioned in a harbour and so will need to withstand the weather in this environment. Price to include appropriate number of helmets and harnesses, training, delivery and construction - a turn key solution. If required, the ropes course should be able to be taken down and stored during the winter period. All Suppliers must be able to give proof of tax compliance - in the form of a Tax Clearance Certificate. If awarded the contract, supplier must remain tax compliant throughout the supply process.
