The Provision of Canteen Services to Cavan and Monaghan Education Training Board, FET Campus, Dublin Road, Cavan, H12 FW53 The successful tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students, staff and visitors at affordable prices Monday to Friday each week of the academic year. A high quality, responsive and flexible service is required in providing a range of hot and cold foods and beverages. In order to prevent menu fatigue a varied choice of meals should be provided and seasonality considered.
