Dublin City Council invited tenders from interested parties for a licence to operate a Cafe in the Red Stables, St. Anne’s Park, off Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3. The Red Stables is located within St. Anne’s Park, and has been adapted from the former Tudor-style stable buildings, to accommodate a Café, artists & craft workers studios, an exhibition space, and two artists residential studios.The Café space consists of ground floor, first floor conservatory style seating area with views to the park and an outdoor space in a very attractive courtyard area which has been reserved for use by the Café.
