ATMP-OR-Demolition - Abbeyfeale Traffic Management - Advanced Works - O'Riordan's Demolition

Limerick and City County Council requires the services of a competent Contractor to carry out demolitions and construct new boundary walls at O’Riordan’s, Main St, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick. The objective of the works is to demolish O’Riordan’s Bar and ancillary structures, boundary walls and services leaving a levelled brownfield prepared site for future development. Select sections of existing shared boundaries will be retained in situ and upgraded to an appropriate level of stability, safety and security. New boundary walls will be provided to O’Riordan’s. Rear boundary wall and gates will be demolished and replaced with new walls to a new set out on adjacent sites. On completion the site will be secured and presented as a prepared site. The successful Contractor will be appointed Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. The construction of the proposed works shall be completed within 5 months.
