LCC-OD-001 - Dundalk Town Hall Access Systems Upgrade

The provision of a PSCS Contractor to carry out; A full upgrade of the Town hall access control systems and locks (Hardware and software) together with upgrading the County Halls proximity readers. The entire system is to be fully commissioned to ensure both ACU systems are integrated and centrally controlled in County Hall. The successful tender will be responsible for upgrading: - Access systems of 21no. doors in the Dundalk Townhall both Hardware and software as per the specification and door configuration - Town hall Staff carpark Barrier access system - Multi tenant licensing arrangements - Upgrade 33no. access system proximity readers in the County Hall Dundalk - Full commissioning of the system to ensure the Main Town hall ACU is integrated with the County Hall ACU as one complete Access control system. - Training & Handover Tender Submittals should include: - Suitability Questionnaire completed and to be submitted along with all appendices and supporting evidence. (Supplement 3.4.1 + 3.4.2)(Appendix A,B1,B2,C1,C3,C4,D,E,F,G,H) - Form of Tender and Schedule to be submitted - Lump Sum Price to be stated on Tender & Schedule document as there is no fixed BOQ - All tender submittals must include a full technical proposal on how the tenderer’s proposed solution will meet the requirements laid out in the technical specification. - Tenderer’s must also include schematics for their proposal and a door schedule for each door detailing any areas were surface mount containment will be used. A Site Visit is advised and can be accommodated in both the Town Hall and County Hall. Please report to the Reception and request the Caretaker show you around the building with reference to tender drawings provided. Under no circumstances can any allowance be made for failure to properly investigate the extent of the required work for this contract.
