TII342 - Hybrid Working Fit Out

TII require a specialist fit out Contractor to carry out works at TII’s head office at the Parkgate Business Centre. The fit-out works consist of two phases. Phase 1 Provision of a pilot Collaboration and Hot Desk area at 2nd floor level of the Liffey Building and the 1st floor and ground floor in the Phoenix Building. Provision of a Drying Room Provision of Upgraded Cycle Facilities Phase 2 The second phase of the works may consist of the following; Following a review (by TII) of the phase 1 Pilot Collaboration Area, TII may require the Contractor to remove and dispose of some or all existing furniture from open plan areas and replace with collaboration and hot desk furniture in accordance with layout plans to be developed following the review. This may include works to all or some of TII’s existing two buildings at Parkgate Street (Phoenix and Liffey with a total area available for this modification c. 3098sqm). The Phase 2 works will include associated cabling for IT fitout, including desk installations, collaboration area screens, etc. The IT hardware fitout (PC’s, laptops, screens, etc) IT fitout will be specified by TII, but supplied and installed by the Contractor. All cabling, including changes to existing cabling, will be carried out by the Contractor. Further detail of the scope of works can be found in the IMPQQ.
