LWETB wish to award a contract to preferred suppliers for the supply and delivery of Hybrid Devices. No specific volumes are listed, this is a draw down tender requesting preferred suppliers for the period of this framework agreement. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator. It is a condition of this contract that any LWETB school or centre can draw down from this contract award on the same terms and conditions, subject to the LWETB obligations at law.
