BCE Consulting Engineers Limited has been retained by The Board of Management of Ballindangan National School to invite and evaluate tenders for the follow work: Building Services for a Roof Remediation Project at Ballindangan National School. Roll Number 04054T, addressing: • Stripping small section of roof around valleys • Removal and disposal of lead and valley boards • Installing valley boards and battens, with membrane • Installing lead flashings to a length not exceeding 1.50m • Dressing lead to valley to prevent spilling out of water • Reinstate slate around valley, with trims • Remove and replace ridge tiles, properly fitted, and pointed • Clean up site and disposal of waste
