Conservation Works to Molana Abbey and Ballynatray House Garden Walls, Ballynatray, Co Waterford

The contract relates to works to Molana Abbey and also within the walled garden of Ballynatray House. At Molana Abbey, the works comprise the repair of unstable masonry, vegetation removal and repointing to the east and west cloister walls. The walled garden element of the contract relates to the repair of unstable masonry, repointing and softcapping to the centre walls. The works are being grant aided and therefore have been separated into different sections for pricing purposes but a single contract will be awarded.
