IT2082C - RFT for the provision of Content Migration and Archiving Services for UL

The University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) project is seeking the services of data migration specialists to move current VLE content from the existing SAKAI and Moodle VLE’s to Brightspace in a manner that involves little rework of content, ensuring minimal or no manual intervention. All interested data migration specialists must have a proven track record, along with demonstrable knowledge, in successfully implementing these solutions in other higher educational institutions transitioning from SAKAI and Moodle. It is essential that the tenderer has a detailed knowledge of the requirements to migrate data from SAKAI and Moodle platforms to Brightspace. An additional service of data archiving may be required in the future.
