RFT for Proposed refurbishment of Bailieborough Bridewell, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan, for Cavan County Council. Tenderers should inform themselves of the scope of the works by reviewing all relevant tender documentation and in particular the Works Requirements and Pricing Documents. As a guide the project comprises of but is not limited to the following: Refurbishment of the existing Bridewell building and parts of the existing Courthouse building, including new and refurbished windows and doors, new and refurbished external and internal wall finishes, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, roof structure repairs, new and repaired roof finishes, extended mechanical and electrical services and siteworks.
