This programme aims to advise and guide SME & microenterprise owners and managers through this challenging time. This tender will result in the appointment of an experienced, qualified and suitable service provider responsible for the delivery of the owner manager development programme The objectives are as follows The Owner Manager Development is targeted at owners and managers of SME’s in Tipperary who need to develop their own skills to help position their business for growth in the coming years. The programme should offer a personal learning experience that explores the best management practices and strategies for sustaining long term development.
