The 5236 sq m extension shall comprise of Emergency department at lower ground floor level, Endoscopy unit and link corridor at ground floor level, inpatient bed ward at first floor level and plant room at roof level. Works will also include f an upgrade of the main electrical infrastructure for the hospital. The site works will include the provision of a car park adjacent to the extension comprising 44 car spaces, 5 motorbike spaces and a bicycle bay and a car park comprising of 150 car parking spaces on the internal access road in close proximity to the extension
