WCC182022 - Design, Build, installation and 5 year maintenance of Biomass Heating Scheme for Clermont House, Rathnew Co. Wicklow

Design, Supply, Installation and 5 year maintenance of 2 prefabricated containerised biomass wood pellet boilers, installation to provide a minimum of 90% of the buildings annual heating demand and connection to the existing LTHW heating systems installation. The Biomass boiler must act as priority boiler with LPG boiler installation as assist and backup in event of failure/downtime of biomass boiler (including all necessary control configurations to achieve this). The contractor shall include for any necessary modification to existing heating plant installations and controls to allow seamless operation/control of the heating system.
