TCD-21-C0292 - Provision of services: Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 (MIM) upgrade project

The current TCD user community comprises approximately 20,000 students and 4,500 staff in addition to over 100,000 alumni. It is essential that access to IT systems and services is managed effectively in order for the University to function. This is currently done by means of Identity Management utilising Microsoft Forefront Identity manager (FIM) 2010 R2, which Integrates with the Student and Staff management systems along with Active Directory and a number of other end systems. This restricted competitive process will appoint a technology partner to a single supplier framework agreement for professional services to support the upgrade of the Identity Management system FIM 2010 R2, to the latest version of this product, MIM 2016.
