EST Construction - Cork & Kerry - Inspection, Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement of Fire Doors in Cork University Hospital (CUH), Wilton & University Hospital Kerry (UHK), Tralee - 2022

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: (i) Upon appointment the successful tenderer shall be required to perform an inspection of all fire doors across the Contracting Authority’s region of CUH & UHK. Arising from this inspection, the successful tenderer shall produce a work-list for review by the Contracting Authority. (ii) The work-list produced above shall be utilized to agree defined packages of repair or replacement work with the successful tenderer as the need arises. This framework agreement shall be established by reference to daily rates and the percentage surcharge applied to material costs by the successful tenderer. Further details of the Contracting Entity's requirements are provided in Section 3.
