The project comprises the following works: Alterations & Refurbishment to Block 12 building including, but not limited to, mainly internal works including room realignment (generally demolition of walls and building new), replacing internal doors, replacing the heating system, upgrade to lighting, power and communications installation, new floor finishes, new ceilings to circulation areas, redecoration throughout.
