The works will primarily consist of 1. Remove and dispose of all redundant duct work ,Dismantling and disposal of existing cold room , Removal internal doors and doorframe and infill with stud partition, removal existing window and fit new Upvc double glazed door with side panel, 2 no, 2 offices to have 62.5mm o/a insulated slab fitted to Front wall, side wall and ceiling, batten and slab to 2 no walls Remove 7 no windows at high level, 2m x 600mm, and replace with Upvc double glazed windows, 4 no windows to have openable sections, with electric switch control from floor level. Supply and fit 2.4m long base unit Kitchenette, Remove existing door, frame and architrave at i, and replace with new 30min flush door, Fit new 4” bullnosed skirting to all walls in training room, and room 3. Paint all walls and ceiling Paint all woodwork
