Tenders are invited from suitably qualified service providers to provide an end-to-end managed service for the provision of stand-alone swabbing services for PCR / RNA testing for COVID-19, within specified timeframes, on behalf of the HSE, at pre-designated test site/s, should a need arise for additional PCR swabbing capacity.
