You are invited to tender for the works outlined in the plans and scope of works document in this E-tender file.
You are advised to visit the site in advance of submitting your tender to ascertain any local conditions, which might affect your tender. Arrangements to visit the site must be made through James Brennan, Buildings & Facilities Manager only. Contact 087 1924021 or via email james.brennan@bocsi.ie (mailto:james.brennan@bocsi.ie) Any claims arising from your failure to inspect the site will be rejected.
It is accepted that as there are works listed in almost every room, the dwelling will be required to be vacated by the service user and staff to allow the contractors the best chance to deliver the completed works in as short a time frame as possible. We anticipate that there will be window of approx. 14 days to carry out and complete internal works, provisionally 10th to 24th September.
The submitted tenders will be scored 90% most economically advantageous tender, and 10% ability to deliver in a two week window as set out above. Alternative 2 week window can be discussed.
Your tender should be uploaded on the E- Tenders portal for these works prior to the deadline of
5 pm on Thursday the 14th July 2022.
