SETU Nore Building Ventilation - South East Technological University - Carlow Campus - Nore C135 Ventilation Installation & Associated Works

It is proposed to provide Nore Building C135 with a Heat Recovery Air Handling Unit with integrated heat pump, and a dedicated controller. There are also two offices where it is proposed to install heat recovery units. The unit shall be connected to the existing BMS system to allow the estates department master control of ventilation system. Scope of the mechanical works include the following: - Strip out of existing cold-water storage tanks and pipework etc - Installation of new reduced size cold water storage tank and pipework etc - Replacement of existing polyorc mains water pipework from ground level to tanks, and replacement with copper pipework - Installation of new AHU for lecture theatre - Installation of 2 No. HRU’s for offices - Controls Works - Electrical Works - Builders Works
