LA2014C - LA2014C TCD RFT Provision of a Fuel Ignition Quality Measuring Device

Tenders are sought for a Fuel Ignition Quality Measuring Device for a state of the art instrument to measure the ignition quality of liquid fuels, including petroleum distillates, crude oils and extending to fuels that result from experimental synthetic processes, in general accordance with ASTM D6890. The instrument must be approved for use in the following cetane test methods: a) ASTM D4054 b) MIL/DTL 83133J c) EN 15940 d) EN 590 It is desirable that the instrument will allow for performance of developmental research methods to determine octane number (RON and MON).
