TUS/NEG/CMS - Provision of a Case Management System (CMS ) for use by Psychological Counsellors at TUS - Negotiated Procedure

Following an Open National tender competition which was cancelled as the tenders received did not met TUS Requirements, TUS is hereby seeking tenders for the provision of a Case Management System (CMS) for use by TUS Psychological Counsellors using the Negotiated (Non OJEU) procedure. The successful tenderer shall: • Design and Develop the CMS for TUS (this will be a design that can be easily deployed at additional HEIs under separate contracts) • Provide a suitable cloud-based platform to host the CMS for TUS. • Support the transition to the new CMS, including data migration from legacy systems. • Provide ongoing support for an initial period of 4 years. While it is intended that this CMS system may then be deployed in a number of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across Ireland, please note that this will be contracted separately through individual licensing and contracts with the individual HEIs.
