22P019 - RTÉTV Chiller Replacement

RTÉ has a requirement to upgrade the existing chiller system associated with its main TV Building in its Donnybrook campus. This contract will be a Design and Build contract. The scope of the contract will be to upgrade an existing water-cooled system and replace with an air-cooled chiller system (scroll type). The existing chiller will be decommissioned, removed and replaced with the external air-cooled chiller. The project will include construction of a new external plinth and supply of a new electrical board for future migration of supply to evaporator pumps, compressors, BMS and general services.
