The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) invites interested parties to submit responses to this request for tender for services relating to legal advice required to support DECC with the design and implementation of the Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS), the Small-Scale Generation (SSG) Scheme and legal advice to support DECC in ensuring security of energy supply.
