Scoil Mhuire Carrick-on-Shannon - Roof Repairs & Associated Works

We seek tenders from Contractors to carry out the following works at Scoil Mhuire, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim. * To remove existing asbestos roof and replace same with insulated roofing panels; to include removal of asbestos off site in accordance with all H&S regulations; new roof to include all necessary trims & flashings; to include replacement of guttering & rainwater downpipes as deemed necessary * To recover the existing flat roof with new 'cold roof' construction; to include all necessary trims & flashings; to include for replacement of guttering and rainwater downpipes as deemed necessary * To carry out making good and repairs internally where necessary for areas damaged by water ingress / water damage. * To include for all necessary plant, access, edge protection and removal of materials off site. * All works to be carried out in accordance with current H&S requirements and Building Regulations.
