220 Careers CRM - Maynooth University has a requirement for the provision of a customised Careers/Placement/ELO CRM system

SPECIFICATION All aspects of the system are completely customized to Careers Service needs e.g. Queries – set up so that students can send questions – the types of queries, the types of users (Students, Graduates, Employers other users e.g., MU Staff) and associated query settings Appointments – we run various types of appointments – some visible, bookable and others drop in, not visible, not bookable, operator only etc. or associated with a particular class group. All these settings we customized by the Careers Service as part of the localization/set up of the system The system allows the use of custom fields to enable us to gather any information specific to our operations and custom forms to gather information from students, employers, graduates, or other users as required – we can then report on this information.
