To mark the 175th Anniversary of the Inchicore Railway Works, Iarnród Éireann will open Inchicore Railway Works, the country’s largest railway engineering facility to the public for a celebratory open day on Saturday 7th May 2022. To prepare Inchicore Railway Works for the open day, Iarnród Éireann are inviting companies to tender for the below services. The contract will be for an anticipated duration of 9 weeks – with no options to extend. This contract is for the 73-acre Inchicore site for the Chief Mechanical Engineers Dept. General Duties Below is a list of the main duties, a) General Carpentry Work b) Repairs to doors, windows and fitting of new units c) Gutter and soffet repairs and replacement d) Supplying and fitting shelving to order e) Roof repairs f) Cleaning of roof gutters and downpipes g) Glazing repairs h) Installation of internal or external fencing i) Repair to drains and sewers / water pipe j) Small block laying and plastering jobs k) Painting (interior and exterior) l) General Electrical work m) General Plumbing work n) Working at heights o) General wall & concrete repairs p) Window cleaning q) ISO 9001 r) OHSAS 18001
