Architectural Services - Modular Accommodation at St Bricin's College, Belturbet, Co. Cavan

The project consists of the provision of modular accommodation at St Bricin’s College to include MA Unit 2 (Specialist Room & toilets ground floor; 2 MCR & toilets on 1st floor), MA Unit 7 (PP - 2 Class SEN on ground; 2 x 56m2 MCR & 2 x 49m2 MCR on 1st floor; 2 staircases & lift.), GFA 1,270m, and associated site development and infrastructure works required as per the attached Appendix 2 – Scope of Services for Design Team. Fees should include for all disciplines required to deliver this project including Building Services engineer, Civil and Structural engineer, Quantity surveying services and PSDP services. Due to the GFA of the modular accommodation, planning permission will be required for one if not both modular units.
