Removal and disposal of old astro surface 96m x 60m (existing turf to be retained by client or as otherwise agreed with successful tenderer) Some civil works ie drainage check and regrading material is required to ensure regrading of base to FIFA regularity tolerances. Supply and installation of 3G approved synthetic turf surface. 2No. 8m High Ball stops 30m long (behind goals) and 1No. 6m High Ball Stop 90m long to be priced for as extensions to existing 2.5m high weldmesh fencing to be included in the Fixed Price Lump Sum.
