Supply and Install wall top seating for Salthill Promenade, Galway City

Removal of existing wall top seating and installation of new seating in accordance with the pricing document in the TDR and the drawing specification PKS/22-01/001. Works to include: • Traffic management plan and operation of plan. • Removal of existing seating and brackets. • Breakout of existing wall to new height • Waste removal in accordance with relevant legislation. • Concrete form work/shuttering as per drawing PKS/22-01/001 Rev C • Supply concrete C30 grade for wall capping (600x100mm). Chamfer detail & drip groove on capping as per drawing PKS/22-01/001 Rev C. • Supply and install hardwood teak for seating 120mm X 38mm. Rounded edge detail to front of seating. Wood to be bolted to galvanised brackets with stainless steel bolts. Applying three coats of marine varnish to wood. • Supply and install galvanised steel brackets at 105° inclined back to seating. Bolted to concrete @ 1m centres with stainless steel bolts. High corrosion resistance material for a marine environment as per drawing. • Supply and install Age Action signage. • Galvanised steel frame to include armrest at pillar locations. High corrosion resistance material for a marine environment. See drawing PKS/22-01/001 Rev C. • PSCS role to include risk assessment and method statements. • Site security
