TS-DES-2022-04 - Ulster Canal Restoration Phase 3.3 Planning Approval

Waterways Ireland received planning permission in 2013 for the restoration and rebuilding of the section of the Ulster Canal between Upper Lough Erne and Clones Town from the Planning Service (NI), Cavan County Council and Monaghan County Council, which was subsequently extended to May 2023. The commissioned consultant will be required to submit a planning application including all necessary reports, studies, consultations, and engagements to comply with the requirements of Monaghan County Council and secure full planning approval.
