AG1882C - AG1882C Provision of DNA Testing Services (Sampling of Bovines) for the Department of Agriculture, Food & the Marine (DAFM)
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) invites tenders to carry out DNA Testing Services to provide genomic verification that two (2) separate samples are derived from the same bovine animal. One sample will be heat treated lymph-node/connective tissue and the other will be a fresh meat (fit for human consumption) sample. It is anticipated that the total number of samples to be tested will be based on approximately 400 bovines x 2 samples per bovine, giving a total of 800 samples for testing over the period required, which will likely be for 3 months only.
