Invitation to Tender for Building- M&E Services for 22/004 SWS20 Category 3, Life Safety Systems, at St Peter’s College, Dunboyne, Co. Meath. The proposed project comprises installation of emergency lighting and fire detection installations, rewiring of general lighting to include controls, replacement of linear switch starts fluorescent fittings and rewire of all power circuits in the 1994 and 2002 sections of the school, with an estimated combined area of 6770m2 all to comply with mandatory legislation. There is also a requirement for fire rated maglocks to be installed on relevant doors throughout the school and linked to the fire alarm and electrical work done to motorise the external doors for universal access reasons
