Consultancy Services for a Management Review of the International Development Assistance Programme

The Department of Foreign Affairs(DFA) requires consultancy services to support a management review of the International Development Assistance Programme. The management review will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of oversight and support structures to support delivery of Ireland’s International Development Assistance Programme by DFA, with a particular focus on its Development Cooperation and Africa Division but also including the areas of evaluation and audit, finance, human resources, communications, grant management and knowledge management, as well as relevant regional and other units.
