Detailed description:

The objective of this work is to conduct a preliminary toxicity and pharmacokinetics analysis of the therapeutic enzyme in a native form and in a suitably formulated dosage form via intravenous and subcutaneous routes (SubQ) in mice. The therapeutic enzyme is a cell-surface-localized serine protease that inactivate complement protein. The project has been funded by Enterprise Ireland.
