UCC/2021/40 - Provision of a service provider for Ultralow rRNA Services for pre-clinical samples for APC, University College Cork

To meet the research goals of the APC Microbiome Institute and UCC, we require ultra-low input RNA sequencing and analysis of pre-clinical samples (192 samples) from experienced sequencing suppliers. The current project has been awarded funding by Science Foundation Ireland and a philanthropic donation
