ICOS Skillnet Panel (2022) - Panel Tender 2022

An ambitious training programme is scheduled to run over the duration of the programme with all funding approved for 2022 to be expended by 31st December 2022. The ICOS Skillnet now invites tenders for the delivery of some of its training & development programmes. Please note that a panel of training providers will be created for the duration and roll-out of this programme. The ICOS Skillnet Project reserves the right to nominate more than one training provider on foot of this invitation. This tender aims at establishing a panel, valid for a year and those successful tenderers will be submitted to the panel based on reaching a score of 70% based on the published selection criteria with weightings as outlined in 4.3 below. Once a panel has been established the 2nd phase of the tendering process, will include mini-competitions directly to the panel. A minimum of five providers (if available) from the panel will be included for each mini-tender.
