COFFEE CART CONCESSION - INVITATION TO TENDER FOR COMMERCIAL COFFEE CART CONCESSION AT ST. JAMES’S LINEAR PARK

Dublin City Council proposes to award a concession contract for the operation of a mobile tea & coffee unit at the Basin Lane to Suir Road Linear Park adjacent to Fatima Station and the Mercer’s Institute for Successful Ageing (MISA) entrance to St. James’s Hospital. Dublin City Council proposes to award this concession contract for a period of 2 years with the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period not exceeding 2 years subject to annual and other performance reviews. Dublin City Council is seeking proposals from interested parties with a proven track record who would like to be awarded a service concession contract for the operation of a mobile tea & coffee unit and associated refreshments. It is envisaged that the mobile unit will be a small movable cart/van to fit in the proposed location set out in the attached maps that can be found in Appendix A.
